AFFIRM Foundation is a charitable purpose organization with its formative roots in the heartland of the United States. We advocate for the wise use of advanced technology, especially social media and artificial intelligence (AI), in ways that sustain genuine personhood and empower professionalism.
Our primary vision is to creatively advocate, in surprisingly simple and powerful ways, for Internet-wide use of technology that safely secures our personhood (traditional rights, freedoms and values), even while empowering our professionalism (empathy, ethics, effectiveness and economy).
Our mission is to strive to ensure you and your loved ones not only stay safe and secure online, but are also able to freely build sustainable careers. We will help people better themselves professionally, as they co-create value with members of their unique and secure 'value network'. In other words, as our personal and professional lives become more digitally interconnected, we advocate for technology that will increase the benefits or rewards and reduce the costs or risks to you and yours, as you experience this transformation.
The hope is that by empowering individuals in this way, we will not only be more free, but also more 'response-able' members of society, thus naturally leading to a firmer moral foundation for society.
If you would directly benefit from (or could support others in benefiting from) this vision and mission, we look forward to sharing with you further. Though additional funding would be helpful in reaching our ultimate goals, our grand plans are backed up by the unique resources required to achieve this important vision and mission.
Any skepticism you might have is both understandable and welcome, given we are not only well aware of the challenges involved, but are also well-prepared to create and apply the incentives necessary to overcome even the most well-entrenched barriers to our success. For example, we have what it will take to motivate BIG CORP executives (who may have previously thought it 'fiscally responsible' to maximize shareholder profits at the expense of other stakeholders) to join our cause.
Contact Us Together we can insure genuine professionalism (wise care for those being served) becomes not only more practical to achieve, but also more essential for success.
ImpactEval is a surprisingly simple approach to solving today's complex existential problems. It enables problem-solvers and truth-seekers to collaborate in achieving essential levels of perspective taking, understanding, critical thinking, idea generation, ethical discernment and value co-creation at Internet scale. All concerned may then move forward more confidently with their freely chosen, yet most responsible, decisions and actions, knowing that they are doing what they can to see to it that the high-stakes issues they can impact are being resolved in ways jointly thought to be most practical and fitting.
Each person represents their perspective as they collaborate in 1) discerning relevant problems or issues, 2) discovering practical solutions or ideas and 3) weighing the costs and benefits of each. Together, we then better understand the full story, improve our critical thinking skills and enable proactive problem solving. Contact us to register.
CaringCampUs is a vehicle for AFFIRM Foundation to engage in joint ventures with both commercial enterprise and fellow educational institutions that share our mission to empower professional lifelong learners of all ages. CaringCampUs sponsors mutual collaboration between educators and employers so individual learners may enjoy the smoothest transition possible between them. Commercial organizations partner with the .com side of CaringCampUs to refresh their workforces, while educational institutions partner with the .org side of CaringCampUs to prepare their student body for their careers. Both sides can learn from each other to ensure both remain relevant, current and valuable. The vision is for learners to receive AI guidance alerts on career advancement possibilities, as well as the educational programming that will help, from both sides of the education-employment divide.
Each side of these one-on-one informal B-P and P-B 'partnerships' will represent a home perspective in 1) discerning what it means to have a fitting match, 2) discovering mutual level of desire and readiness for such a match and 3) weighing the mutual costs and benefits of such a match. Together, each then better understands the extent to which they each have what it takes to succeed in optimizing mutual and respective learning & development. Contact
